Evaluations and Impact
Highlighting the effectiveness of CPD and its impact. Course evaluations are recorded and can be accessed by participants and line managers. After a defined number of months the system automatically prompts users to reflect on the impact of courses they have attended.
End of course evaluations are entered online by participants or by course administrators. Users can access their own evaluations
Establishment Managers can see how colleagues who have been on training have evaluated each course
All evaluation results are amalgamated providing the LA with a complete picture for quality control. Evaluations can be easily filtered by subject, venue and tutor.
After a defined period of time participants are prompted by email to complete an Impact Report.
End of course evaluations often only provide reflections on the training event. Impact reports provide participants with an opportunity to reflect on and use the training as part of their day to day work. Impact reports give invaluable data back to both Establishment Managers and event organisers helping to improve and monitor the quality of training.
