Users can create profiles of CPD interests which prompt automatic messages when new opportunities are added to CourseFinder.

Previous and future course attendance is shown automatically in one place along with any handouts or other documentation. Users can even manually record training they have attended outside of the LA.
Participants can see information about themselves at any time (e.g. the night before a performance review meeting) and create profiles that will generate automatic emails when courses are added that match.
Line Managers can generate reports about Professional Development across their organisation that includes all or selected members of staff. This is great for spotting gaps, analysing CPD spend or responding to inspection questions about training.
The Local Authority can generate reports across the entire workforce - fantastic when completing statutory returns that require information about Professional Development and Training.
