Needs Analysis

Using a review cycle process users are able to reflect on their current job and roles using simple online surveys that are based on national or local standards.  Line managers can track the responses of their staff, targets can be set and supporting documents for evidence uploaded.

 Stage-based process – each stage has a deadline and can be applied to different users.

 Each stage has a series of elements which can be mandatory.

 LA provides a “default” setup.  Each school is able to accept the default or adapt.
