An online course directory that is always up to date. CourseFinder provides a complete planning, advertising and online booking system for courses and events with powerful marketing tools that automate communication via email and save administration time.
Planning and advertising
Using CourseFinder you can plan courses in one place across large departments without worrying about who has the latest copy of the course directory. Courses are only made live once necessary authorisation is given – you nominate senior colleagues who are able to do this.
The online directory is always up to date and can be accessed by anyone with an Internet connection. This ensures participants whom courses are aimed at do not have any barriers in finding out information.
Request places online
Any user can request a place online but we’ve built in tools to make sure managers authorise bookings from colleagues and that an audit trail is kept.
For example: A music teacher has spotted a great course they want to attend and they book online.
Their CPD Leader receives an email or text message asking them to authorise the booking.
Once authorised the Course Administrator confirms the place
An email is automatically sent to the music teacher confirming their booking. This email includes any attachments or documents that are necessary for the course.
After the course has run the Course Administrator completes the course register online which updates the music teacher's ePDR and the CPD Leader’s record of courses attended across their school
Automatic marketing
Each user can create a profile about courses they are interested in. Any new courses added that match their profile are automatically emailed to them. This means when each course is made live as well as advertising it on the site, hundreds of potential participants could be contacted automatically.
